We chose to build a camper from a new custom-ordered truck to avoid some of the problems of buying used. Sometimes it is possible to make a mistake and the design may not be perfect.
Not being specialists in painting and especially in surface preparation, we have to start over certain parts where rust appears. We plan to also try a sacrificial magnesium anode to help.
The other problem is condensation in the truck cab. The insulation is deficient or even poorly done. So we have to do this part again too.
