We want to have something that will last forever. Even with the war, we decided to go with Russian Birch Plywood. But surprise, it’s stamp “Made in China” !!! So we took off with #freestar_6x6 for Valleyfield to pickup 15 plywood and bring them to Makwa Cabinets in Maniwaki. My friend there will get us what we want.
Here is an update of the cabinet project. As there is just the change that does not change, here it is: the bonding of the laminate Arborite sheet on the Russian Birch Plywood is not satisfactory. So we have to find another solution and we are already on the way.
The solution is to use already laminated HDF and cut the panels from this material. Not as strong as Plywood, but we decided to go with it.
