We use the same styrofoam panels for the interior insulation (www.insofast.com) of the walls and the ceiling. They are glued with PL Premium 3X. Easy to install, handle and cut, we get approximately R18 for the walls that will be closed with 3/8″ plywood.
The floor is very different. The concept is to put a 1″ styrofoam over the 2 layers of original marine plywood of the container. In this styrofoam, we install the radiant glycol heating system that works with the Webasto. An aluminum sheet ensures the distribution of the warmth and the finish is vinyl flooring.
